How to Submit a Warranty Request
- Log in to Van Metre Life: Visit life.vanmetrehomes.com and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Support Center: On the dashboard, click “Submit a Ticket” in the Support Center section.
- Complete the Form:
- Fill in your name, email, phone number, and community.
- Provide a clear subject and description of the issue (e.g., "Leaky faucet in kitchen").
- Indicate your availability by selecting the best days for service.
- Attach photos or files if applicable.
- Click Submit, and your request will be sent to our team for review. You can track the status of your request in the “My Tickets” section.
After Opening a Ticket
We’ll Review and Route Your Request
- Once your ticket is submitted, our team will triage the information.
- Based on the type of issue, our Warranty Operations Specialists may connect you with your community Warranty Team
- Your community Warranty Team will promptly provide clear next steps, including scheduling an evaluation if necessary.
