How to Submit a Warranty Request

  1. Log in to Van Metre Life: Visit life.vanmetrehomes.com and log in using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Support Center: On the dashboard, click “Submit a Ticket” in the Support Center section.
  3. Complete the Form:
    1. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and community.
    2. Provide a clear subject and description of the issue (e.g., "Leaky faucet in kitchen").
    3. Indicate your availability by selecting the best days for service.
    4. Attach photos or files if applicable.
    5. Click Submit, and your request will be sent to our team for review. You can track the status of your request in the “My Tickets” section.

 

After Opening a Ticket

  2. Based on the type of issue, our Warranty Operations Specialists may connect you with your community Warranty Team
